Payment Terms
Written notification
Registration for training and continuing education is fixed only after paying the full event fee. For training and continuing education you will immediately be sent an invoice with payment slip. Invoices are due immediately.
Online Registration The online registration is processed via Paypal (www.paypal.com) and their Terms and Conditions. Only after paying for the training, continuing education and training you will receive a fixed place.
By default of payment we will charge all actual reminder- and collection expenses and 12% interest.
Jurisdiction is Graz, Austria. Only written agreements apply. Oral agreements are not legally valid.
Event fee
The event fee is entered in the respective event announcements.
Creditability
Events of the Academy for Child, Youth and Family (Akademie für Kind, Jugend und Familie) are counted as training, continuing education and training in accordance with relevant statutory provisions. More detailed information can be found in the individual event descriptions.
Cancellations and cancellation policy / transfers
All cancellations and reclassification must be in writing and can be sent by e-mail, fax or postal service possible.
Cancellation fees
Up to 3 weeks prior to the event 20% of event fee.
Between 3 and 1 weeks prior to the event 50% of event fee.
Thereafter, or if non-attendance without cancellation 100% of event fee.
If you are reporting a substitute participant who attends instead of you at the event, there is no cancellation fee.
The cancellation charges apply regardless of the reasons for the cancellation. Date of cancellation is the date the written cancellation arrives at the Academy for Child, Youth and Family (Akademie für Kind, Jugend und Familie).
Rebooking fees
If a participant wants to change from one event to another we will charge a rebooking fee of 15% of event fee. A transfer is possible, depending on the restriction of the participants desired event.
Event cancellations and changes
The Academy for Child, Youth and Family (Akademie für Kind, Jugend und Familie) reserves the right, in case the minimum number of participants or for other compelling reasons (e.g., by illness of the speaker, if not a short term replacement speakers is available) to cancel the event.
Participants will be informed immediately. Event contributions already paid will be refunded or credited if wished so for another event. Cost for travel and / or accommodation can not be applied.
The Academy for Child, Youth and Family (Akademie für Kind, Jugend und Familie) has the statutory regulations and quality standards into account. It reserves the right to change events contents, duration of the event places, carry-on time and the price.
